Evan Leatherwood’s work has appeared in The New York Daily News, The Nation, CURRENT, The Catholic Herald, The European Review, and online at Editor & Publisher, The Columbia Journalism Review, and Public Broadcasters International.
He co-wrote The Media: Journalism in Crisis, which premiered in 2009 on WNET, New York’s PBS station and America’s premier public media company. He is Associate Director for Communications at Fordham University’s Schwartz Center for Media, Public Policy, & Education. Before Fordham, he worked in publishing at W. W. Norton & Company, and also as a freelance writer.
Evan grew up in California, Alabama, and New Mexico, has a degree in English from Yale, and lives in a book-filled apartment in New York City.
